$9.9 Million Mansion Sale Breaks County Record
According to Paul R Hauke , Realtor Associate at PRUDENTIAL ZACK SHORE PROPERTIES In Sea Girt, NJ, the seaside mansion at the corner of Ocean Ave. & St Clair has just sold for 9.9 Million, a record for a residential sale in Monmouth County.
The mansion is the former home of Devils owner John McMullen and his wife Jacqueline. John McMullen died in 2005.
The mansion is over 100 years old, has ten bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and two half baths. It has a pool with poolhouse, and three car garage with guest quarters above.
